What's the factor of damage of heavy rain in Seocho?

 In this summer in Korea, Heavy rain was very serious problem and especially in Seocho / Gangnam, this situation causes so many problems and it made to expose to weakness of this area. There was landslide and flood also this problems cause to another problems like cutting the electricity and water, road interdiction and so on. So why this kind of situation was happen only in Seocho ? (actually Gwanhwamun has similar situation but worst place was Seocho and Gwanghwamun has topographical issue so I except to write about this area.)

 As you know, Seocho is most expensive area in Korea so there is many profit about property. So so many construction company try to make big buildings in this area and the gorverment accept all this proposal from construction company without consideration. How the construction company build a apartment? They cut the all forest and mountain and make thier beautiful buildings. Actually this kind of story sounds very boring but its very important to people's life. Because they destroied so many green spaces in Seocho also they digging the to many spaces, Seocho's ground is very weak which means the ground can't shore up from land disaster. And also the ground can't absorb a lots of water because there are not enough trees so landslide happend because of this factors.
 So, the gorverment should make well-organized city plan for Seocho area to prevent all kind of heavy rain disaster. 

6) Minimum wage

Now, Have we reasonable minumum wage for part-time job people?


 Thesedays, I talked with my friends about payment price so many times. Because most of them start the work just this year. and always the subject is 'is it reasonable payment compair to inflation rate?'. Now this country is not developed country but also not developing country. we just in the middle of that level so some regulation focused on developed level and some regulation focused on developing level. And the standard of the latter is minimum wage regulation. Actually it adapted to every labor but especially for part-time job, minimum wage regulation is terrible.
 As thier presentation, the part-time worker can get the money around 1,400,000won in a month even it added extra-payment for his extra-work. Some people say "if you earn 1,400,000won in a month, that's enough to live" but to him, there is no his own time to enjoy the life except working time because he has to extra-work. Also if you get 1,400,000won, you can't save the money for your band account. never!
 So, I think we should change the regulation about minimum wage. Because compair to inflation rate, the price is too low. For instance, If you working in Starbucks, you can earn almost 4,300won in hour. Maybe working for Starbucks is very easy but I think this work is very particular job. Anyway, after hour, you want to drink a coffee like caffelatte. Caffelatte price in starbucks is 4,300won. That means you work so hard during hour, and then you can buy just a cup of coffee. Also that means, you can't buy your dinner even you work during hour! I think it makes no sense.

 Furhtermore, most of part-time job is physical labor so its more dangerous and hard than office work. (here, I just compaired to physical thing.) And also so many poor students try to get a part-time job. 4,300 won for 1hour, I think its too low price if they understand about part-time job people's sweat and effort, they have to change this ragulation of minimum wage. It just not problem about price, Its all about welfare for people's labor.

5) Gang in Korea

The problem of Gang in Korea

 Actually I thought the problem of Gang in Korea was quite cute compair to another country because korean are don't smoke the drug so much, not so many huhan trackkig and so on. Maybe its because I never think about this problem so I think like this but when I saw thier presentation, I changed my mind.

 Now the gang in Korea they are very related with social business in political part and economy too. So I think that's most dangerous problem. If they do something in back street, still its problem but I think its not big problem but If they come out of the society and they make some business like us, that's really big problem because they have some socail  status (they will feel very proud of this) and justification for thier behavior. So they not gonna feel guilty.
 Actually when I see this subject I think about the gangs supported by the goverment for example, at Yongsan-demolish to old town for redevelopment, the gorverment hire to gang for kick prople out to the other area. Probably the member of that gang group, they are same age with me. I don't think they consider something about yongsan issue, they just feel proud because this country hire them also they did work well bacause someone paid very well to them.
 so this people just work for the money and there is no guilty on thier way. also we can see same problem on private economy section too.
 first time they fight for the country and against to establishments but now, they work for the money to dirty way without brain.

4) Dokdo Issue

Territory conflict between Korea and Japan through the Dokdo - The strategy of Korea government.

Dokdo issue is so old issue in Korea but also its always hot issue. After earthquake in Japan, the Japanese government focus on Dokdo trouble to divert Japanese people's mind to earthquake to territory issue. I think their political playing skill is very good also they do strategic work to get the power on this issue. But Korea government always no respond to this problem. Everytime Japanese government make an international issue, and we just say "I'm sorry for that". I think this kind of attitude is very weak for international issue and also I think because of this attitude, Japanese are always make the troble so easily.
 But there's reason why our government didn't respond anything. Its because if we respond to Japan's provocation, that means we agree with "Dokdo is conflict area". and we have to start all kind work to get back the Dokdo.

 However, even it works to no respond way but they have to change thier respond way. We have to divide the problem to territory trouble and the action of international diplomacy. So they have to have a strong attitude for territory issue but for the international diplomacy, they have to choose more soft and smart respond way. So then, we can argue for Dokdo issue with reasonable opinion like all kind of historical reasons and customary thinking and try to make proper territory consultation with Japan. Always we have to keep flexible respond for Dokdo issue and choose the smartest alternative.
 I know every Korean got anger so easily for this problem with Japan but we have to see this trouble to logical and cerebrally view.

3) Personal Information Disclosure

When you try to join the website, you have to input your personal information. Is it reasonable?

 Using the personal information to join the website is quite old problem in Korea. Before, the problem start because of anonymity issue on online but now, there are so many problems because of hacking from China. So already this subject is bring up by people so many times. So, what do you think about this problem? Actually, Thesedays we have to open our personal information so many times to big companies. For example, even you want to get after service for repair to your computer, you have to give them to your name and social security number. So maybe putting it up your personal information on website is very easy to you because already you got used to this kind of process but I thitnk its very serious problem.

 I think hacking problem causes so many problems now but most important thing is " Is it reasonable to enter your information on the website? ". So many people say some of website have to and the others are not like our discussion in last time. But I think you really don't need to write your information to any website. Because online is just online world. Its not real world and you don't need to show to everybody about yourself. There's no reason to put your information to write an e-mail to your friend or make the comment on online news something like that. I think just put your real name and e-mail addresss just in case when you forget your ID and password. That's it. Also its so simple and safe from so many problems.  Also its very easy to exposed your information to everybody and its causes another problems too.

 Because of this kind of reasons, I think putting my personal information in website is disaster.

2) The policy of design project in Seoul

The justification of the design project of Seoul what they choose the construction budget instead of welfare budget.

Thesedays I study about the urban design plan so the design city project of Soeul is very interesting to me. When I learn about urban planning in Seoul, there's so many problem about what these politician's unconverted thinking especially for Seoul. The thing is they wants to change almost everything in Seoul like making the landmark building and big park in center of the city without consideration about preservation of the historical place or special trait of the site. So maybe in 5 - 10 years, it is nice project for Seoul but later, there's no meaning for Seoul's history and landscape. It just new and good looking things and few years later it will be change again. So I think the purpose of this design project is not for the city or citizen. It has political goal and Seoul spent a lot of money for this project.

So what's the important thing between the making the big construction without notion of the urban-planning and welfare like free lunch for elementary school students?
Of course I choose the welfare issue. We don't need to spend a lot of budget for city design. Urban-planning is very important but it shoud be more serious and need more study. And I think welfare is most important thing in city administration.

1) The Hybrid Car.

Why we choose the hybrid car even it has so many disadvantage?

 Thesedays, Hybrid car is social issue with airpolution & earth resources problem. There's so many companies to develop the hybrid car and also many people has a interesting about this car.

However, still there's many problems to choice the hybrid car. For example, Its so expensive compair to normal car, so heavy because of the batery and if it has a problem it will be so difficult to repair the car.

But why people feel so interesting about this car and they wants to buy this car?

 I think, there's 2 reasons which is very clear.

First, Environment Issue. Now, in this world, the pollution of the environment is very serious problem and the airpollution problem what cause from the car is huge part for all about airpollution. And also this kind problem is always related with human's life so for survival side, we have to change our style about car. Also for resources problem like oil, we can save a lot of oil if we change the normal car to hybrid car.

Second, Human's fantasy about new technology. For a wonder, almost of people has a fantasy about new technology even you're analogical person, in your mind, you have a potential fantasy about new technology. For example, the boom of i-phone or just invention of the phone in 1876. People are always feel curious about new things and try to make it to gerneral way. like the smart phone, traffic card and laptop. So, for hybrid car, it will be same with the other innovative things and to be gerneral thing.

 Still hybrid car has a lot of problem but instead of many diadvantage, it will be popular thing in human's life.
